The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) held their 2nd and final public hearing on the Amedore Subdivision application on February 9, 2015 at 7:00 pm. The next step for the PZC is to take action on Amedore’s final subdivision application; the step that will conclude the Town’s formal review of the Glen Oaks/Amedore application. Final action can take the form of outright approval, approval with conditions/modifications, or disapproval. The PZC’s decision will likely take place at the Commission’s April 13th meeting. In the meantime, e-mailed, written, and faxed comments on this proposal by the public are still welcome.
